How to get technical support from the Healthera Team
All of our Healthera users’ have access to the Healthera Technical Support Channel which can be accessed by selecting the ‘Me/We’ tab located in the bottom right-hand side of the app; then scroll down to the bottom of the app and select ‘Technical Support’.

I wish to make a complaint
As a healthcare provider and representative of your community pharmacies, Healthera takes complaints and feedback seriously. If you wish to make a complaint or give us some feedback please do so by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org and include either ‘Feedback’ or ‘Complaint’ in the subject line.
How does Healthera make money?
We charge a monthly subscription fee for pharmacies who would like to use Healthera. This allows pharmacies to offer the mobile app to their patients for free.
