How to get support from the Healthera Team

I wish to make a complaint

  1. As a healthcare provider and representative of your community pharmacies, Healthera takes responsibility seriously. However, things could go wrong. We are monitoring all the glitches that have ever happened to improve upon them and endeavor to provide the best solution we can – every single feedback counts!

How does Healthera make money?

  1. We work with community pharmacies, charge them monthly subscription fees for using certain features on the Healthera Connect platform to serve patients better.
  2. Don’t worry, the Healthera mobile app will always be free.


I forgot my password, will I be able to recover my account?

Yes, of course. The easiest way to recover your account would be to reset your password using the Healthera App if you are a patient or Healthera Connect if you are a pharmacist.


I am not in the UK, can I use Healthera?

Currently, Healthera is not available outside the UK. However, Healthera is expanding rapidly and there are plans to bring the app to other countries soon.
