We give all of our Healthera users’ access to the Healthera Support Channel, which can be found by tapping the ‘My Pharmacy’ bubble on the phone app. Alternatively, you can email us at email@example.com and let us know how we can help. We will get back to you as soon as possible.
I wish to make a complaint
- As a healthcare provider and representative of your community pharmacies, Healthera takes responsibility seriously. However, things could go wrong. We are monitoring all the glitches that have ever happened to improve upon them and endeavor to provide the best solution we can – every single feedback counts!
- If you wish to make a complaint by email, please do so by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. Alternatively, you can use the Support Channel in your Healthera App to contact our support team directly.
How does Healthera make money?
- We work with community pharmacies, charge them monthly subscription fees for using certain features on the Healthera Connect platform to serve patients better.
- Don’t worry, the Healthera mobile app will always be free.
