At the core, we want to make sure that patients get their prescriptions with ease. We want to alleviate the burden of repeat prescription ordering, and make it one less thing to worry about. Our app is at the center of achieving this in the UK.
This year has seen considerable advancements in our products and services for patients, pharmacies and GPs. Not only have we consistently released updates to our software to ensure that usability improves according to the invaluable feedback from our users, we have also launched new services such as Healthera Pay, and a streamlined Support System.
Our latest app update showcases an entirely new onboarding process for our users. Our designers transformed the journey to help users get set up and place their first prescription order.
